Cancel or amend an order

I want to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us here with your order number and we will issue a refund.

However if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case please follow our Returns procedure.

If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We offer free next working day delivery on all products if ordered before 3pm. Accessories are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days to arrive.

All orders are shipped directly from our Bowers & Wilkins factory headquarters. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Terms

Quoted delivery times are to mainland UK.

Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.

On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published timed windows due to reasons beyond our control.

Pick In Progress means your order is currently being processed
Shipped
means your item has been dispatched and on its way - you can track its progress via the courier link or by logging into your account.

*Note: Accessory orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail and cannot be tracked.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn't arrived you can track it online by logging into your account.

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period contact us here or call Customer Support on 0800 232 1513 between 08:30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and quote your order no.

My order is incomplete

Multiple items may arrive separately – however if there are items missing in your order contact us here or call Customer Support on 0800 232 1513 between 08:30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and quote your order no.

My order is damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us via our Returns procedure . We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

If for any reason you feel our products aren’t right simply return it to us free of charge within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and include all original content.

To enable us to process your refund, please ensure all items are returned in original packaging and include all original content. Any missing items may delay your refund.

Once received, we will send you an email confirmation and refund you via the original payment method within 7 working days.

Before arranging the repair of an apparently faulty or broken product, please visit our product support section or contact our support team who can guide you through the product’s set-up process.

If your product was purchased less than 30 days ago, you can return it for a replacement. After that time, a product can be repaired according to its warranty conditions.
